Not sure what happened to all our other bakers lately. I had taken up a lot of the slack while I was in between jobs but I'm not on here 24/7 like I was before now that I'm working again. I was hoping that the new bakers that were trained up recently were going to fill the gaps but it's been a bit rocky at times. I'll try to get back into baking new breads when I'm around, at least.
