It's because she's significantly older than most others and was a vtuber back when it was comedy skits, singing, and the occassional livestream. The scene's a completely different place than it is now and as a result her kouhais have completely different ambitions/backgrounds, and while I completely doubt she hates it as she's grown into the new scene in her own way, there's been very very clear moments of uncomfortableness here and there with the most famous example being the Fortnite collab. It's why she gravitates towards people outside of the company who are either in a similar position or people she just clicked with for one reason or another.
