I doubt it holds that much weight, if LM didn't already debunk how it is invalid. I mean, if Matara and Kuro are able to travel to the country without being accosted despite supposedly joining a competitor and having broken the supposed rules of the employment agreement's anticompete and etc. then I doubt it matters much. It will only matter if she wants to join Hololive but I don't think that is in her plans.
