Jenny Wakeman from My Life as a Teenage Robot, I liked some bionicle but because I was a poorfag I never got the toys, I liked Metal Slug because of the cool mechanical bosses (it also led to me becoming a tank fag later on). Weirdly enough I haven't watched a lot of mecha anime.
Even in fantasy settings or monster girl settings I always gravitate towards the closest thing to a robot there is, like pic related.
I even played through Recettear because of the golem girl.
