As far as JP goes, they are free to initiate collabs but prefer to not do so out of courtesy (and to not be seen as "leeches"), and it depends on the talent, like how Aruran is close enough to some of the main branch members to invite them first. I don't watch Tempus though so I don't know if they have ever said something related to that. Not like it matters since I'd rather watch full male collabs and I'm not pushing for muh co-ed unity or whatever.
