>>66756122yes, use constant bitrate not variable since you're working on a tight size constraint. High quality mode adds two pass and vp9 is vp9, it will just look better. Better quality for a bit more time.
I use it to make soundposts by just encoding for quality with no sound one time and then encoding for speed with sound the next and ripping the audio track off of it, makes trimming the audio easy without syncing issues
tabs but I don't have any soundposts I've made recently
