I assume human organs would taste the same as animals so likely would taste good too, I assume you would have to add water to it as well if you were to make the beverage easy to drink. Although people do drink Guinness.
Also thinking of a way to produce sugar from the bodies without plant materials and am thinking about honey ants. By consuming human flesh containing sugar from their diet while alive they can refine it into a state that can turn into alcohol.
