You focus on this anger to distract yourself from the trash fire that is your life, but refuse to change. Deep down, you hate yourself for that and probably enjoy people hatinh you since it's a fucked up form of self-validation. As time goes on, it becomes harder and harder to break out of the cycle, so here we are. You have two options ahead of you.
