like her or not, gura is iconic and hololive would take a huge blow if she left decided to bend over backwards to give her whatever she wants. Gura accepted and gave her coniditions and here we are now. Gura quitting isn't an option for them so they let her soft quit and do whatever she wants, as long as they can still sell merch and sponsor streams.
It's either that or the terminal illness rrat, where she actually has something serious going on preventing her from fully doing her job.
