Also I've been seeing a lot of 1+ year members resubscribing, I assume that they're coming back after the intial shock fo the black screen has worn off. Don't get me wrong she lost 50-70% of her audience (and probably somewhere along 20-30% of her income, although superchats seem to be down only ~13%, but it's still early to tell.), but it's not as bad as some people want to paint it.
She lost a lot, but she has enough to restart an indie career. Of course 5k CCV isn't going to happen for her, but I think she can comfortably get at least 400-500, if she manages to give a decent excuse maybe even 2k. Probably a better place in the long term, since NijiENs brand is toxic and who knows if the branch will ever recover. But again this is if she actually ever wants to go indie again.
