>>32435846Because that's not how labor visas work. She would have to get a guarantee from a new employer that she has a job offer and apply for an entirely new visa. Then her new employer would have to do an immigration labor certification from the department of labor. Depending on the type of visa this can take 2-3 years and cost thousands of dollars. Immigration law is arcane and esoteric and maliciously complicated. It's frankly easier for her to grind out her time at a black company and get permanent residence.
