Re-listening, I'd give it an a high 7 or low 8 because the other audios were solid, the rest of the ear cleaning audio was great, and hearing them be so close was triggering ASMR frequently. Considering they're amateurs, I found the nervous breathing endearing, especially from Fuwawa. As far as feedback, they need to adjust their ear cleaning in general, it was rough. Could have been the tool, their technique, or the audio settings. Ear massaging with oil is usually more enjoyable.
