Just have a group of any of the guys vtubers collect a small number of motorcycles, acquire a set of Payday esque masks, and have them preform a cartel style drive-by execution. Except, instead of killing them, just have them scream "OOGA BOOGA OOGA BOOGA" at the top of their lungs, max volume on coms, deep fried if possible and scare the absolute shit out of them.
