Pomie your youth is actually wasted on you.
Here's a recommendation from someone who regrets wasting their youth.
Start working out. Go to the gym 2-3 times per week for an hour each time and lift some heavy weights.
You are at the best point you'll ever have in your life to get fit. Once you start working full time especially you will have no chance.
If you get a good body shape now you will unironically be able to maintain it for the rest of your life with minimal effort.
I know it's such a pain but just do it.
