The Discord leak even showed it and that was for an in house promotion, so it's not like it was something that didn't matter. Fuwamoco accepted too much homework and Cover thought they would execute. Cover doesn't step in and say "This is too much" because up until there is a problem, they expect the talents to handle it themselves and be rational about it. Nobody is stopping Koyori because she's proven she can handle it. Fuwamoco might be on watch status now but they're already committed to a bunch of shit and that is decided and recorded months in advance.
