>>98178066>I think you don't really need "the wife/ the princess" to be a real characterI mean why not? Sure the easy way is to solve that equation but if you think about it a Loveless-marriage doesnt NEED to be all doom and gloom.
Sometimes its just someone you absolutely have no common ground nor animosity towards to, but you two are still binded by a contract (and status) that force you two to constantly be around each other. You can write a princess/wife that just saps the protagonist of passion while not being antagonistic.
So for example in your pic, a suiprincess isnt necesarily antagonistic but the conversations you two are forced to have are something like
>heard that the ballet is in town. Wanna go see it?>Im not that big of a ballet fan, but i guess the duke is there isnt he?>yup. I can go alone and say you are indisposed. Im quite fond of ballet>no no. its my duty. Its just...i dont see the point of it..You can also write the "intimacy" as something either purely inexistant or so mechanical its borderline repugnant and that's why maid pussy got me acting unwise. Also extra drama layer if you want to drown inbetween those legs but you cant bring yourself to tell your spouse
>hey im gonna be shitting in this social contract we are both tied to with a lowly maid. Go fuck the gardner i guessbecause they are not that kind of person and they dont have that kind of flame with someone else
