You could also connect your twitch account to see if anyone you follow has streamed it. The function that you are describing "tracking anyone who plays it" is done natively in Twitch, by streamers literally self reporting what they're playing.
Also the website went offline before the game launched so nobody has ever used it. It's a literal boogeyman.
