This feels more like she's just fed up with Nijisanji which is why Pomies are so high strung right now. We're having a hard time deciding between being sad or being angry towards Anycolor so we're just channeling those feelings into optimism for her reincarnation. If by the end of this she's happier and able to pursue all her dreams then it'll be worth all the frustration.
Though if she somehow never reincarnates and is entirely done with vtubing due to this then pic related.
