One smaller thing I do think plays some part is the stream times being really awful for EU on most of them, even more so than Myth were. With Myth even as a Europoor we could still catch pretty fair amount of streams by the end of the day, 10pm - 2am, but with Council that's practically impossible with the exception of Bae - who streams in the JP hours like Mori (and Kiara by virtue of her now being in EU) - but everybody else have recently been starting their streams at 3am or later just makes it close to impossible to catch it live.
