Yagoo himself had said in interviews that CN wasn't making any money, and they didn't look like they were going to get any sponsorships, the CN branch didn't just have low super chat numbers, but it also had very weak subscriber and viewer numbers (fucking HoloID Reine has better analytics than them)
Ok but fine, lets assume your perfect scenario happens. Cover boots Coco and wholesale kowtows to glorious 中国。CN magically stops underperforming and gets numbers that are (at least) comparable to HoloID's, and all the EOPS that were introduced Hololive by Coco are just kind of ok with cover openly throwing her under the bus. HoloEN goes off without a hitch and we are where we are minus one Kiryu Coco and plus one HoloCN and friendship restored with 习大大。How much more does cover actually make? I mean covers getting sponsorships anyway. Shadowverse, Bookwalker, Blizzard and fucking Microsoft are courting Hololive. Cover is getting all the things they would have gotten anyway, if not more. Your perfect near impossibly scenario is just a shite version of what we actually got.
