Though IMO that its particularly that big corpos can't have an 'asshole' vtuber because they'd consider it too much of a controversy risk, fade into obscurity because they unironically hate their viewers, or that it will do numbers on them (and if positive will affect vtuber community as whole) or some combo of the three.
That, or they filter out that archetype in auditions, leaving those people that have talent but are unhinged to be scooped by smaller agencies and whatnot.
