Read posts like yours, and noticed a difference
(less thick) within about a week.
But then there are other supplements like l-theanine that seem to just make you feel alittle more calm (for like a week, then your body just gets used to it; or atleast mine did) or melatonin for sleep (which to me only made me a bit awake unless i combined it with caffine.)
Everyone is different ig.
