Art in general should not be treated as a job, time-wise, unless you literally are making it your full-time job. If that was the case, people would be charging 5k or more on a 30 page doujin, and that would lead to the death of the art world. Being respectfully disrespectful, i don't think art, as a hobby, can ever be compared to a real job, and being able to estimate how much your time is worth without overshooting it is a skill that one can value very well in life, in many ways.
