it's about that time again, saru. you mentioned having going-to-sleep troubles. i'd recommend reading a light novel with a soft light lamp or dim light. avoid white light sources and avoid your phone. if you want to draw, get a sketchbook and draft some ideas in it. dont make your brain work though, just doodles. and if you read before bed, dont read something exciting like a manga. try to go to bed earlier, even if its just 30mins earlier. it'll add up.
