You need to take into account that the HoloContinent is much bigger than Niji and is much wider with notably the Rrat mountains limiting Westward expansion. Although /hlgg/ have probably controlled the land where /who/ currently sits its influence would've been weak. In another hooman's story apparently there was some Artia/ HoloCN worship before? But that could just be some kind of remeant that escaped to the Western edge of the continent to escape prosecution. But in general I think it might be better to let the Holo splits agree on what /hlgg/'s history ion Vitubia is instead of just spitballing.
