The answer is very thicc, but bodies can be unwieldy to pose at big enough sizes. If you want to use the actual built-in sex and stuff you're not going to get very good results out of extreme anatomy because it won't automatically compensate. But if you're using the studio mode and don't mind being a tad bit more careful with posing then you can go very fucking big
