Amelia (cancels out any negative effect once) and Gura (bouncier but more frictionous floor) are already implemented , but waiting to add more negative effects before I add them. I'm taking ideas for who to implement next, I'll need an fitting effect and a noise from them.
Also requesting Polka either being shot out of a cannon or flying through the air to use in a title screen (pic related is what I was thinking of, but feel free to deviate)
