If there's any bad blood on their part, it'd only because they had the misconception that Nijisanji was about passive aggressive shenanigans and blind clout chasing to the detriment of others in the company. We already went through that with the meiro arc, and most fans seem pretty united in thinking meiro shouldn't have put her own petty bullshit before playing nice with her fellow nijis.
