I can probably get the tiny yellow beret with some effort, or the cat ears I see on danbooru easily, but trying to prompt that weird bowknot shoelace looking thing in her hair the way grug would will take a lot longer than I am willing to spend if "Naito Mare at home" doesn't look enough like her to you.
