What do you want from them, to stream at 6 AM? Then it all depends how long they want to stream, I don't think a lot of them have set times unless they have something else they want to do outside of streaming. With what you'd want you'll have either two people streaming a day or two or so people getting optimal time slots were as others have to stream very late or very early.
I understand, you want NijiEN to grow thus not having everyone splintered or having to catch up to too many streams at once. That's just not how it'll be. Some personalities gel better with some people. I like Elira and Rosemi in collabs but I generally don't watch their solo streams if someone else I like more is on or have to catch up to others VODs. You have many personalities and that catches various tastes and that is fine.
