The solution to this is to move out of your parents' house and build your own personality on your own. Parents are the brakes of the lives of their children especially if the unfortunate child is the same gen as me. Also, you can cook on your own and respect a diet that doesn't change based on whether you mother had a shitty or a bad day.
It took me almost 8 yeas after I left home to become someone who can appear decent from outside, I get smiles from girls at work and banter all the time. I'm still not as fit as I would but in a year or two I believe I'll get there. If I were an US resident I would totally go to cons just for a chance to leave an impression of Gura if she's there in disguise or something.
