Even gundams like ZZ that could have multiple pilots really don't actually-need them constantly and can be piloted perfectly fine by one. The only one I recall actually needs a pilot and a gunner is.. the Xamel, a heavy artillery unit that appeared like once ever in animated form. I think people didn't even know it actually has a crew of two (pilot and gunner) as we only saw the pilot IIRC. So... this thing.
Actually I think the Xamel is cool as shit but it's definitely not "that's so Fuwamoco" as a unit. Then again few mobile suits would be besides maybe like Acguy or something else "cute" looking. I also do recall the Stargazer in SEED has two pilots.. but SEED is weak shit (sorry IRyS get better taste).
