guide for dummies who don't know how command line works:
download it, open cmd prompt, type "cd (insert yt-dlp.exe location here no parenthesis)" and then this command
yt-dlp.exe --download-sections "*00:00:00-00:00:00" vod_link
replace the time in quotes with whatever time you want. Generally I try to download a window of at least like 3 minutes around the clip because of chunks and then cut it down with ffmpeg if needed
