My daily 40 mins of exercise routine usually consists of 30 mins on my exercising bike/ergometer at about 20kmh average for 10km distance a day while lifting weights for 15 mins using it as i have both hands free to have some arm strength as well as a 10 min HIIT (High Intense Interval training a day).
Mostly cardio to stay somewhat fit as its all i can really do with my back being fucked up, but my goal was never to build much muscle mass, but rather keep my joints active as some muscles help with the chronic joint pain and cardio helps with symptoms of EDS.
