Last of my old photos before I set up camp. this is an Axelotl not to be confused by the other axolotl species by the same name,this species get much larger and is very dumb regularly getting stuck in holes they used to fit in cause the forget they have gotten to big for them. they only eat live prey as they can not recognize dead prey as food to the point where they have been seen to kill a fish then not eat it because it is dead and therefor not food.
