>>67453067Its going to be mostly forest animals because of our biome. Each sapling or sapling tribe might lean one way or another (vegetarian, carnivore, predator, quadruped, flying, etc), but there's no strict rule or norm for it.
Matres might be born with a specific sign that denotes their powers though.
There does seem to be a lean toward some more bird like creatures sometimes (picrel).
Still brainstorming how this might play out for the aquatic saplings though.
