this likely happened because JP way too restricted and instructed EN branch to not cross path freely,
EN itself is way more leeway with the rules, apparent like letting Kiara do Holotalk and Ame VR and Calli IRL E-cellebs collabs, all the new things are on the EN side and Coco tried to bring those into JP but it failed.
