>>51105352My answer is the same as it always is when this question comes up in the thread, if you're not realistically going to understand anyone anyway, you might as well first figure out whose streams you might enjoy watching and then start narrowing it down from there. Following someone whose stream content or personality you don't care about at all just for practice is unlikely to get you anywhere, considering the amount of time it takes to really start understanding what you're hearing.
But if I'd pick a starting point without knowing anything about your preferences, Toru for one streams all the time (including right now) and most of the time talks very calmly, and there's a fair few anons who are big fans of her.
