From her side of the story, it seems like all went wrong during the first genshin stream, but most likely something small happened before that with her and the new manager, or the manager's manager. They most likely found that her friends gave her stuff in her genshin account, think it is a loophole to get earning outside of Anycolor's control so they were trying to fix it. Instead of making rules about gifting items, they outright banned the use of her old account. Because there were precedence of other talents using PL accounts, the management had to invent new rules to justify their action.
This happens a lot with middle management, as most middle management want to feel to be in power constantly. Anything challenging their power is an eyesore that need to be get rid of. The meeting with all xsoleil members also viewed by them as a form of challenging their power, which is why they increasingly targeting Zaion and her streams. Oh ya, talking to other managers in the other department? Definitely a move to question their power in controlling xsoleil! You can see that the management won't budge on the issue at all and Zaion keep "cornering them" on the issue, resulting in her suspension. At this point other talents/livers seeing this shit all started to put a distance between her and themselves, especially the seniors. That is when she was totally isolated and they can finally get rid of her.
Never get a target painted in your back, anontachi. If you are new to the workplace and have a target painted on your back, you are basically done. Enna, and to a certain extend, Pekora, did the right thing by playing nice during the first few months of debut and only showed their true self later on. Don't let evil people have a chance to get you.
