The stories of Cover being a black company that have come straight out of Holo mouths (Subaru implying it just recently) as well as overall bad morale malaise that has been observed for a while across all branches has completely shot up in the past year.
And no, I don't think Cover is a literal black company. I'm using a touch of hyperbole here.
