I will probably regret the complexity of this, but I've added a tagging system. I went through and added a few tags myself, but obviously we have quite a backlog. Anybody can add tags and you don't need to log in or anything, just click to add them.
I don't know if anyone will use this feature - it was more of a learning exercise for me. It's quite decoupled from the main site, so nothing should break too badly (famous last words haha)
