>>32666687I'm not sure about that. Having to build highways, canals or rails to complete the circuit would be more interesting than just having waterways everywhere I think. Also fits the theme as improvements are built to overcome geographical limitations and connect both sides of the country. I want some of the geography to fit what we've planned but some in-universe limitations imposed by geography we theorized are nice too.
