Goob's target was the JP suits that called her a brand risk and wanted her to feel as though she was nothing without them. Biboo was (unfortunately) collateral damage, as she was the tool that the cheapsuits were using against Gura. It wasn't one of Gura's better moments.
Just pray that what happened to Myth and Council members never happens to Biboo.
