I even remember him early on pointing out he didn't have much of an Australian accent and someone even saying they could "kind of hear it." Bitch, what are you hearing? And of course if you're like me and you're experienced with accents you can tell pretty easily that he's Canadian just from the way he pronounces certain words. People stereotype Canadians as saying "aboot" but I find most of them don't say it like that and it's certain other sounds where you can tell. So anyway, I guess my point is that caring goes both ways.
