The foot long thing on the impact driver was the longest that'd fit in there, without doing the proper right angle + pipe thing on a wrench. No pipe available either.
I'll let the mechanic's pneumatic driver sort it out. Shit's rusted all the way through, stupid driver did actually somehow chisel out a few mm of rust (and former bracket) away from the thing the bolt is holding down.
