>>96218353if you know the words you're looking for you can download the videos' captions (even an entire channel since it's just .txt) i use jdownloader 2, put all the files into a dedicated folder.
Then open Notepad++, go to Search>Find in files, set directory and words you're looking for and it will show you all the instances of those words in all these .txt files, then just find which of these are from the rant you're looking for and you'll know which stream and timestamp
It's automatic caption so it's a bit funky but it's low effort so maybe it's worth a try if you really care
