>>32523503A gargantuan one-shot that's been haunting me since March, three series (about to be four because of my next WIP in line), one of which hasn't had an update since December and my myriad of other WIPs, most of which I've had to shove aside. I guess part of why my writing has slowed down recently is because I've been reading a lot more books, and always end up feeling more conscious towards how my stories hold up to those that do this for a living, which leads to a lot of second guessing.
And yeah, I know it would in theory be more effective to focus on a single story but when there aren't any ideas or motivation for a fic I'm writing, I'd rather move on to something else and keep writing than completely stop and bang my head against the wall for ideas that just won't come.
