You can actually see in that round how Gura was on the verge of tears. Ina realized this and deliberately confessed when she could've easily kept turning everyone against Gura. After that round, even after Ina got imposter again she never messed with Gura. The game showed a lot about how sensitive Gura was and how truly kind Ina is at the end of the day.
