I think atleast part of it comes from the fact that most of them are hikki/weebs/etc, just like (you)! and people dont really meet girls like that in their normal lives for obvious reasons (see: Ina who draws 10h+ a day, streams and maybe exits the house once to grab bepis from the store). Doesnt help that most of them also have really nice personalities.
