I do at least still suspect that she WANTS to care - she doesn't, not in her heart of hearts, but she seems to know that she should, and genuinely feels guilty over the fact that she can't. If true, then a real seismic shift of some sort would be needed before any of us could have any hope of seeing the meaningful change that everybody, including her, wants to see. Fingers crossed, but at the end of the day it's out of our hands.
If I were to speculate, I'd say her statements as of the last few streams were just such an attempt to force a change out of herself by writing a check with her mouth that her ass couldn't cash. Unfortunately, such tactics rarely if ever work out in the real world.
